George，高级调酒师职称兼培训导师。1986年入职于中国大酒店，通过不懈的努力钻研和学习，晋升为当年让人羡慕的总调酒师一职，
主管整个酒店的出品质量，后期参与过数家酒店、酒吧的筹建工作，历任各大宾馆、国际连锁酒店集团的酒水部经理，亦曾是全球最大的洋酒行（IDV国际酿酒集团）首期中国职员之一，具有丰富的实践经验。George曾经在2006年2月24日《广州日报》的“白领周刊”对他作了采访报道。
George不仅将为您介绍世界各地知名品牌的葡萄酒，以及其他酒类，并且将跟您分享品酒的艺术，以及交流酒经。

George has been trained in a 5 Star hotel since the mid 1986s as a Bar Manager. He is no doubt one of the most celebrated experts in China. His publication "How to open and run a bar Successfully" is a must to read and followed by several prestigious Newspaper articles and interviews.
George will introduce you to a wide range of superior quality wine which has been imported from all over the world. He will share with you the art of wine tasting and the enjoyment of fine quality wine.
Happy Hour Lounge provides a comfortable environment, an excellent and friendly service. It also offers a large selection of world renowned wine and quality Cigars. A range of tasteful unique snacks are available.
